New Mexico Department of Health
NMDOH: The New Mexico Department of Health is in charge of regulating and implementing the state's medical psilocybin program. The DOH works alongside an appointed Medical Psilocybin Advisory Board to create rules, safety guidelines, and training requirements. The Advisory Board established committees to help develop these elements of the program.
